CHEMICAL BUILDING APPLICATION SRL respects the privacy of ICR Solution visitors and customers. This policy explains which personal data we process, why we process it, and your rights.

We collect only the data you submit through contact and quotation-request forms. Depending on the form, this may include your first and last name, email address, telephone number, company, message subject, product of interest, estimated quantity and project details.

• in the calculator form: contact details, project details and calculation results, including dimensions, area, thickness and material estimates;
• when you send a message: contact details and the content of your message;
• your IP address, solely to protect the form from abuse by limiting requests.

Fields marked as required are needed to identify your request and respond to you. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to process your message or quotation request. Your telephone number, company, estimated quantity and additional project details are optional, unless a form states otherwise.

The forms do not create user accounts or save submissions in a website database. When submitted, the information is sent by email to the company's configured contact inbox, hosted through Gmail. Your IP address is kept only in temporary server memory to limit submissions to five requests in a ten-minute period, then it is automatically removed.

We use data to respond to requests, prepare quotations, communicate about products and services and, where applicable, begin or perform a contractual relationship. Processing is based, as applicable, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interest in responding and protecting forms from abuse, your consent, or a legal obligation.

Request data remains in the company's email correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage the business relationship or meet legal obligations. We use Gmail, a Google service, to send and retain correspondence; it processes data on our behalf to provide the email service. Depending on the Google infrastructure used, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, subject to transfer mechanisms and safeguards required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data and do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.

We do not use data submitted through forms for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email office@icrsolution.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
